I have mad several of these since the ‘60’s the model still holds up very well with a bit of work and refining such as lamp irons and hand rails

I have just finished this kit and I really enjoyed the build, after removing the excess flashing I painted most parts of the model, and when dry I commenced the build, most parts went together well, the buffer holes needed some filing for a snug fit, and I added some glazing to the interior section and side window ports with clear plasticard and micro clear for the ports, a little filing around the side entrances and some touch up painting was required afterwards. A nice build and a lovely finished model for the layout with nice details.
Considering the age of this kit, it is still an impressive build and an enjoyable build, the instructions could have been better but a little attention helps to find your way.
I look forward to building another kit from this manufacturer soon.
Overall build time with painting and detailing- around 5hrs.

Another great kit, but I would not use the supplied tail lamps. Keep in mind the age of this kit.
